Spring is officially in full swing and you know what that means: Spring cleaning! Yes, this may involve getting our houses in order or tackling the pile of disarray on our desks but there is something else that may need some cleaning up.. our kitchen! Often times our unhealthy habits or binges come form those pesky ingredients hanging out in our cabinets or fridge. It’s time to make that change! Shred The Love // Powder Ridge Recap

B4BC’s Shred The Love Tour stop at Powder Ridge on Saturday, February 28th 2015 was a huge success! Sº4 Mag hosted the event at the midwest resort in Kimball, MN for the 2nd year in a row. The sun was shining, the temperatures were in the mid-20’s (amazing for frigid Minnesota winters…) and all of the girls were having a blast.

Justin Sander is a Public Relations major at CSU Long Beach, and he reached out to Boarding for Breast Cancer to feature the organization as part of a service-learning requirement for his class and to help B4BC gain media coverage in his local networks. As an avid skateboarder, snowboarder, and surfer—and the grandchild of a breast cancer survivor—he had a strong interest in supporting B4BC. After getting more in the organization and learning more about the cause, he shared his thoughts in an op-ed for a school project that we would like to share below.
