They think you should catch a wave with B4BC…and we think so too! Being active 30 minutes a day, three times a week, can significantly reduce your risk of breast cancer, and does wonders for your overall health. Besides, who needs an excuse to go adventuring?!

We all know that it feels good to give back, but did you know that it may even make us happier / healthier people?
More and more research is revealing the health benefits of volunteering. The latest comes in from a study from the University of Exeter (UK). Researchers found a strong positive link between volunteering and well-being. For example, volunteers had a 22% lower mortality rate than non-volunteers, and they also had higher self-esteem and happiness!
The Farmers Market is a great place to find local, organic produce, and support your community as well! Shopping at a farmers’ market is a great way to meet local farmers and get fresh, flavorful produce while avoiding GMOs and pesticides (double check with your local farmer to make sure!). Need help finding one by you? Online resources like www.localharvest.org or www.farmersmarket.com help you find farmers’ markets in your area, often with live entertainment and unique vendors! Search for one near you to find your newest weekly ritual!
