This juice has all the answers: it’s a nutritional powerhouse with kale, apples, carrots, beets and ginger. Kale has been shown to have antioxidant, antigenotoxic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, in addition to reducing the estrogen metabolite 16alpha-hydroxyestrone (which is a breast cancer promoter).

BE HEALTHY. GET ACTIVE. RIDE! CAMPAIGN

Our Be Healthy. Get Active. Ride! Campaign, featuring B4BC’s team riders, was created to encourage girls (and guys) everywhere to get out and ride in support of B4BC’s mission to promote a healthy, active, and sustainable lifestyle. Studies show that poor diet, lack of exercise, and engaging in the outdoors can increase the risk for breast cancer and other chronic diseases; B4BC’s intent is to inspire young people to take charge of their health and their environment and participate in board sports and other fun outlets for prevention. The campaign launched in Fall 2012 and continues to drive year-round awareness of B4BC’s board-a-thons and educational content initiatives like B4BC Basecamp.
