We had an incredible time on the road with Vans Warped Tour this past weekend! Our traveling educational outreach booth rocked two dates of the tour, starting with the tour kickoff in Pomona, CA on Friday and heading up the coast to Ventura, CA on Sunday. Massive crowds came out for some great music and good times! Throughout the weekend, concert-goers stopped by our educational booth to learn about the importance of early detection and living a healthy, active lifestyle as the best means of breast cancer prevention.
We taught women and men of all ages how to conduct a breast self-exam and what a potentially cancerous lump feels like. We also had crowds join in and take the B4BC Prevention Pledge, making a promise to themselves to make healthier lifestyle choices by commiting to one of our 7 Steps to Stomp Out Breast Cancer! If you missed out on the fun but still want to get educated, you can download the free B4BC app for iPhone and Android to learn how to Check One, Two and set a push notification for your own personal breast self-exam reminder.

We want to send out a huge thank you to Vans Warped Tour for once again letting us join in on the fun and spread the B4BC message of early detection and breast cancer prevention, and thank you as always to our amazing volunteers Lana and Roxanne for helping us out—you ladies rock!
