B4BC was honored to be onsite for the final two days of the USASA National Championships at Northstar-At-Tahoe. It’s the world’s largest snowboarding event with more than 1,300 invited competitors (men, women, girls, and boys of all ages) competing in more than 25 events within 5 days.
Along with our educational booth, B4BC co-founder, Tina Basich, was also on hand to help raise awareness, sign autographs, and stoke out hundreds of athletes by presenting them with their medals at Thursday nights awards ceremony. The event provided an outstanding platform for B4BC to promote breast cancer awareness and the importance of an active lifestyle and we greatly appreciated the opportunity to be a part of it. Sincere thanks go out to Tom Collins and USASA, Janet Mourning and Northstar, as well as all of our wonderful volunteers for all of their solidarity. Also, congratulations to all of the incredible riders who ripped and made this year’s championships a record breaking year for USASA!
