- 1/2 packet Cheribundi Tart Cherry Smoothie Pack
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 date, pitted
- 2 small dried Calimyrna Figs
- 1 dried Turkish apricot
- 1 teaspoon Lucuma Powder
- Pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
Top Layer
- 1/2 cup homemade almond milk (or nut milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
- 1 heaping teaspoon maca powder
- 2 dried Calimyrna Figs
- 1/8 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
Directions:
Bottom Layer
- Add all bottom layer ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour into chilled glass and place in freezer.
- Optional: For a pretty presentation, line the inside of the glass with orange slices (thinly sliced) or figs. I find the figs stick to the inside of the glass nicely and are easier to use, but the orange slices also look very pretty.
Top Layer
- Add all top layer ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
- Remove chilled glass containing bottom layer smoothie and pour top layer until filled.
- Garnish with your favorite nuts and fruit.
- ENJOY!
