Pranify Yoga – Yoga and Weights
Fuzion links the foundation of yoga postures with optional light weights to give you a full body workout, all while supported by the mindfulness of breath and teachings of yoga. Engage in a high energy alignment focused class full of fun, with variations available for all bodies. This class will support the evolution of your practice and strengthen your mind-body connection and awareness. Students are encouraged to customize this practice to their own needs.
Class is heated (set to 93-95 degrees) to allow for deep, safe stretching and to promote detoxification for the skin, blood, and muscles through sweat.
