B4BC.ORG is getting a boob job! No, not really, but now that we have your attention, our website is in the process of getting a makeover and we can’t wait to unveil our fresh new look in the coming weeks! In addition to the new skins we’re stoked to announce several new inclusions to the site. To name a few health section add-ons, we’ll be hosting a “Health Tip of the Month” page and adding a “Breast Cancer in the News” section to help keep you in tune with your body. Two more sections that we’re excited to unveil are an “ask a survivor” column hosted by breast cancer survivor Emily Cochran and a new section “4 the Dudes”, in which the name says it all and it is indeed for the dudes!
A little more on the new additions:
“Ask Emily” Emily Cochran has been an inspiration to B4BC since we met five years ago when she was 25 and recently in remission from breast cancer. Emily happened upon Tina Basich’s autobiography and opened up the chapter on B4BC. She picked up the phone, called us
and three months later was volunteering as a booth educator at the Winter X Games. Five years later she’s penning the ask a survivor column for the B4BC website.
Emily’s passion is breast cancer education and as a publicist she’s good at talking! We’re excited to
add such an invaluable resource to our health and wellness section on our website. Please stay tuned for this launch.

“4 the Dudes”
Men love boobs; it’s kind of that simple. Ever since we first started doing what we do over ten years ago, dudes have always been champions for our cause as there are lots of ladies in their lives that they care about. But what they also need to know is, like the ladies, they need to be doing monthly self-exams as well!
Although just one percent of all breast cancer cases are men, testicular cancer is the most common cancer in guys 20 to 34 years of age and prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in America, affecting 1 in 6 men. So in return for the love we get from all the men out there we are including a section on our website dedicated just “4 the Dudes” to give them a leg up on their health!
