“Despite the difficulties due to low snowfall this season, we are so grateful that Mammoth is helping us keep the momentum of this event going,” stated professional snowboarder, Kimmy Fasani. “Amusement Park continues to celebrate women’s progression in snowboarding and shine a spotlight on the incredible women from this season.”
As part of Amusement Park, Burton Girls will also host a FREE women’s Ride Day on Saturday, April 25th at Mammoth Mountain. Female riders of all ages are invited to come out to meet and take some spring turns with Burton team riders Kimmy, Kelly Clark, Chloe Kim, and more. The event will start with complimentary morning yoga hosted by Lululemon and brunch at Mammoth’s Main Lodge, followed by riding time with the pros. And to wrap up an incredible day celebrating women’s snowboarding, participants will enjoy après and good times on Mammoth’s Sundeck. Burton Girls Ride Day Schedule:
- 8am – 9am: Yoga hosted by Lululemon in the Mountainside Conference Center, 3rd floor of Mammoth’s Main Lodge
- 9:15am – 10am: Light brunch/grab and go snacks in the Mountainside Conference Center (same area as yoga) hosted by Burton Girls
- 10:15am: Group Photo by Chair 6 outside the Mountainside Conference Center
- 10:30am – 12:30pm: Group Ride
- 1pm to 3pm: Apres on the Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge Sundeck
