A Ladies Weekend of Soulful Fun:
ReTreat Yourself 2014 Mission “Anything that you do that is truly powerful, you have to do in the moment.” Eckhart Tolle
Defining “downtime” for ourselves these days can be more than a chore, and on some days it feels impossible. We raise children and/or work towards weekends and yearly vacations, constantly sacrificing our own selves and time to be everything we can be for others.
But What About You?
ReTreat Yourself 2014 will encourage you to put balance back into your life through meditation in all its forms: Chakra meditation to guide us through powerful, quiet spaces in our bodies and minds. Food as meditation to allow us to be thankful for healthy, simple ingredients and honor our bodies.
Yoga to take the challenge out of being still. And skiing and snowboarding to set our minds free on the mountain by engaging our bodies. Meditation is all around us and, most simply, within us.
Most importantly, ReTreat Yourself offers tools and programs that work in the real world of children, careers, travel, and 24/7 connectivity. Escape has never been harder but our tools have never been sharper!
“This last year of my life had me redefining my own personal faith. I had to re-create what positivity even meant to me. I was forced to look at possibilities that I once considered unimaginable. I really felt like what helped me get to these places was the small amount of knowledge I had about
meditation. And meditation to me was a calmer thought process that allowed me to find focus and more determination than I thought I had.”
— Megs Pischke, ReTreat Yourself Director, B4BC Wellness Ambassador, & breast cancer survivor and thriver
Join in with new and old friends who share your passion for nature and the mountains. Your time spent on the hill with pros Kasha, Kendra, and Megs, along with RED Mountain’s top instructors, will reignite your passion for skiing and snowboarding.
“Skiing has always been such a joy for me, and yoga nourishes my soul. I feel like I can breathe when I follow my heart in these activities! I am able to explore my deep love of mountains and wild nature, to connect with myself and humanity.” — Kasha Rigby, The North Face pro skier & world adventurer
“We feel it would be arrogant to think of ourselves as ‘God’s gift to the world’, yet in fact that’s exactly who each of is.”
— Marianne Williamson
