Courtney didn’t grow up your typical teenager. At 11 she was the youngest athlete to be recruited to the Jr. USA Team, and at 14, she became the youngest female to reach the semi-finals of the six-star World Qualifying Series event. While her classmates prepped for high school graduation, she was busy qualifying for the Women’s ASP World Championship Tour, a goal of hers since she was 10 years old. Courtney has demonstrated great perseverance through multiple injuries in her career, yet has come out on top at events such as the Vans US Open and the Roxy Pro France. She recently started her own business called Sea Tiger where she sells her art, apparel, surfboards, and coffee.
