Join us for a donation-based Heated All Levels Vinyasa Flow with studio owner Molly Monroy, DJed by the one and only Adam Schwartz. This Halloween Eve class will get you in your flow and your groove. Come tune into your body, your breath and your soul while we move in community for an amazing cause. Costumes welcome and encouraged if you’re in the Halloween Spirit! All donations go to Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC), a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to education, prevention, and survivor support for breast cancer. Suggested donation: $25
