LETICIA BUFONI

Leticia Bufoni is breaking down barriers everywhere in women’s skateboarding. She began skating as a young child in her home country of Brazil, noting that there weren’t any other female skaters in her neighborhood. At age 14, Leticia came out to California to compete in the 2007 X Games and never left, realizing that this was the place to be if she wanted to chase her goals. Since then, Leticia has achieved great feats; she won three X Games gold medals in 2013, turned pro in 2017 with Plan B Skateboards and won gold in Street at the X Games in 2018, 2019 and 2021. Leticia was also the first woman signed to the Nike SB team, the first woman on the cover of The Skateboard Mag, and a member of the first Brazil National Team, where she represented her country at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

WHY B4BC: “Working with B4BC to inspire and motivate others to live an active heathy lifestyle is a dream come true. I’m really excited to be part of a great organization!”
