ELENA HIGHT

Thanks to her father Mike, this two-time Olympian first stepped on a snowboard at age six and began competing in local events when she was eight. Elena landed at some of the biggest competitions in the world before she could even drive a car – making history at the age of 13 as the first female to land a 900 in competition (2003).

Elena maintained her record-breaking trend during the winter 2012 season by becoming the first woman to land a double backside alley-oop rodeo in the halfpipe at Mammoth Mountain.

WHY B4BC: “Living an active, healthy lifestyle through sports and the outdoors has always been a priority of mine, so it is great to align with an organization that encourages people to do the same.”
