Megan Pischke Marketing and Wellness Manager

Megan has been snowboarding for more than 20 years, long before it became an Olympic sport or a feature of the X Games.

As a 7-time X-Games athlete, she sought-out softer landings, and a quieter work space, and made her way to the backcountry for a lengthy film and media career. Megan is a long-time B4BC ambassador, a contributing writer, and with a passion for health and wellness, in recent years has spearheaded our B4BC’s Chasing Sunshine Mountain and Ocean Retreats for breast cancer patients and survivors. She assembles and leads a unique team of facilitators with expertise in yoga, nutritional elements, life coaching, Chinese Medicine, and more. She also provides valuable life experiences and monthly content information to B4BC about health and wellness practices, the goodness of travel, and living an eco-inspired lifestyle. “Chasing Sunshine,” a documentary produced by B4BC and co-directed and co-written by Megan, allows incredible insider-access to her journey with breast cancer, and what it looks like to go through the rigors of both common medical and integrated health treatments, and come out on the other side. “I just wanted to share all of the things I was learning, in hopes to shed light on the integrated health treatments that are out there. And I think with the thought of eventually helping others, it gave me something to focus on within myself during that crazy process.” Married to fellow professional snowboarder, David Carrier Porcheron (DCP), she and her family lead an incredibly active lifestyle, and are now passing the stoke of the outdoors and love of an active, healthy, lifestyle to their 2 kids. “It’s a gift to be outside so much, and I love to share that healing and fun with my family and friends.”

Maggie Gonzalez Events and Outreach Manager

Maggie has been a volunteer for Boarding for Breast Cancer since 2013.

She has taught hundreds of people to do breast self exams at events from X Games to the Check One, Two campus tour. She is a South Bay native with a love for all action sports. When not interning in the B4BC office, she can be found shredding the slopes with her girl crew or dirt biking through the desert.

Courtney Linnborn Community and Digital Manager

Courtney's greatest passions stem from action sports and empowering women.

She graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Marketing. She was actively involved with her ski and snowboard team on campus as the Vice President, which is where she first got involved with B4BC. Since then, she began volunteering at as many B4BC events as possible as well as hosting her own fundraisers. This summer, she activated outreach for B4BC at the 2016 Vans Warped Tour. You can find her anywhere from managing social media, creating blog posts and digital updates, to activating and attending events. She's currently living in South Lake Tahoe, most likely shredding her face off on the slopes when not working. One thing's certain - her stoke is always at an all time high.
