Thanks to the awesome folks at Global Event Management and some wonderful volunteer efforts by Tahoe’s finest, B4BC will have a presence at this years X Jam Pre-Qualifiers at Sugarbowl in Truckee, CA January 12-14.
The 8th annual Jabra X-Jam is the last chance qualifier to earn an invitation for the 2007 Winter X Games in Aspen, Colorado, Jan. 25 – Jan. 28 , 2007. The top men and women from Boarder-X and Skier-X will have an opportunity to receive invitations to the Winter X Games.
This years event will once again feature the best men & women in the world all vying for the final spots in the 2007 Winter X-Games. “With an ever increasing pool of talent, we have created this event to give all competitors a fair chance to earn a invitation to the Winter X Games, based on proven results, not on self-promotion. We guarantee that the 2007 Jabra X-Jam at Sugar Bowl will feature the best athletes ever assembled in a non-invitational format, ” according to Chris Schuster of Global Event Management (GEM.)
Also, while onsite Pacific Crest Snowcats will be auctioning off two backcountry “Cat” snowbaording or skiing trips with the proceeds benefiting B4BC! Big thanks to Pacific Crest Snowcats for their support.
